Edge Inspect missing after subscription expired

I had a paid month-to-month subscription to Edge Inspect that expired and now I can't access the free version.

If I go here: http://html.adobe.com/edge/inspect/

...and click "Get Started", I'm sent here: https://creative.adobe.com/

...where I then click the small Edge Inspect icon and am taken to https://creative.adobe.com/apps

...with no Edge Inspect icon.

Any ideas?
