I have everything set up correctly. I am using Apache on Windows 7. The local site does not appear on my ipad. I am using http://he.192.168.1.149.xip.io/
my server name is he.dev and alias is he.192.168.1.149.xip.io (also tried he.*.xip.io)
Any ideas?
